The IEEE Journal of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) welcomes special issue proposals on topics of broad interest to the RFID community, particularly those focusing on emerging technologies and applications.

Proposals should include:

  • Background and motivation
  • Scope of the proposed special issue
  • Relevance to RFID community
  • A strategy for attracting high-quality submissions
  • A tentative timeline
  • A list of proposed Guest Editors, with brief biographies

All proposals will be evaluated by the journal’s Steering Committee. After acceptance, guest editors will have to prepare a call for papers according to the template provided.
