Conference Description

CAFE, the IEEE Conference on AgriFood Electronics , covers circuits and systems, integrating the needed sensors, actuators and interfaces, applied to
the AgriFood chain of value. Technologies for food production, processing, quality control, and preservation are included.

The best papers from will be selected and proposed to participate to a Special Issue in the IEEE Transactions on AgriFood Electronics (TAFE).

As a twin event with CAFE, the IEEE CAS Industry Forum IAFE (Industry for AgriFod Electronics)
will be organised, where experts from the industry will be invited to share their experience in the development of applications for
AgriFood Electronics.

THE BEST PAPERS MAY BE EXTENDED IN THE BRAND NEW IEEE TRANSACTION ON AGRIFOOD ELECTRONICS (TAFE).

Assistant Professor, University of Pisa. Andrea has served in many roles for the council as CRFID Publicity Chair as well on several conference organizing committees. Currently, he is one of the Special Session Chair Organizers for the upcoming IEEE RFID 2026 conference taking place June 16 – 18 in Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA.
